Duration: 16 Hours
Delivery: 2 Live-Online interactive sessions (2 hours each) PLUS
prerecorded videos and homework to complete at your own pace.
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® program further deepens and enhances your knowledge. You will be able to advance yourself to the next level of agile coaching, and grow skills that help grow your Scrum Team, organizations and yourself.
This A-CSM program includes a total of 16 hours of learning. You will have two interactive online sessions (2 hours each time) with Path to CSP Educator, Evelyn Tian, and there are also prerecorded videos and homework to complete at your own pace.
Who Should Attend
All attendees must have the Certified ScrumMaster certification (CSM) and with practice prior to the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) workshop. You must have at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Scrum Master (within the past five years) to get certified.

Successful participants will earn Advanced Certified ScrumMaster level recognized by the Scrum Alliance. The Scrum Alliance is the largest and the most widely recognized network of Agile Software Development professionals in the world.
You need to attend 2 live sessions “A-CSM - Development” & “A-CSM - Coaching Concepts”. Our sessions usually take place from 15:00 pm to 17:00 pm Cairo time.

Frequently asked questions about online training sessions
How do participants interact with other participants during online programs?
Participants can collaborate in similar ways they would in real life - small group discussion, pair discussions, brainstorming and collaborative exercises via zoom breakout room functions.
How do trainers hear the discussions to know what’s happening?
Our trainers can “walk” to different “tables” by joining online breakout room discussions, observing and commenting as needed.
How can participants raise questions?
Participants can ask questions in the same way as in face-to-face sessions, by clicking on “raise hand” function. Trainers will be notiﬁed and decide what to do just like face-to-face sessions. Participants can also enter questions, share reﬂections, bring in information, via chat windows, either privately to the trainers or to the entire class.
How can participants give feedback to trainers?
Participants can give feedback to trainers by using “faster”, “slower” via zoom, anytime during the session to allow trainers to collect faster feedback through workshops
What are some extra features via online programs?
Fun Review and Brainstorming Activities as trainers use online (anonymous) polls and quizzes to warm up and reinforce learning.
What’s internet bandwidth requirement?
For better quality, internet bandwidth should be 1.5Mbps/1.5Mbps (up/down) and higher.
What’s system requirement?
We haven’t had any participants who have problems meeting the minimum system requirement. Just in case some participants may have very old system, please refer to the information here

Evelyn Tian is a Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC), Certified Team Coach® (CTC),
Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), Certified Agile Leadership Educator® (CALE) and has years of experience
guiding organizations through large scale transformation.
