Service Desk Maintenance and Support Project for Tatweer
The Project scope for Tatweer (King Abdullaah Ebn Abdulaziz's Project for Developing The Primary Education) was to implement a service desk system (IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager) with all its sub-systems and middleware applications based on ITIL V3 Framework, and to provide a hands-on-training and support over the tool after implementation during an early life support phase.
The project has been successfully delivered in June 2009.
