Description:

PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) provides common processes, management products, roles, and language for use throughout an organization’s projects. PRINCE2 is the most successful Project Management method in the world – it has become the de-facto standard in both the private and public sectors.

This classroom is aimed at people who work, or would like to work, on projects on a daily basis. It provides practical knowledge on how to manage projects using the PRINCE2 method. Successful delegates will gain certification at the Practitioner level.

Copy of practice exams, case study, homework, and assignments
Required reading material "Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2" (NOT INCLUDED with course learner material but can be ordered separately). This book can be used during the Practitioner Exam as it's OPEN-BOOK.

Examination:

The exam is based on an objective testing format. You will receive 9 questions, with 12 marks available per question; all question items will be worth 1 mark, making the total number of marks available per paper = 108
2.5 hours allowed (no reading time has been added)
Open book exam (manual only)
59 marks (out of 108 available) required to pass — 55%
